The hotel was cozy and well-structured, with helpful staff members who were welcoming. the breakfast and dinner offerings were delicious and ample. the location was close to shops and slopes, which made it easy to access activities.
The restaurant was occasionally busy and noisy in the evenings, but the staff found us a table with amazing views, so it's not a huge complaint. Another down point was the size of the ski garden, but it was easy to move our daughter to a nearby location that was better-suited to her needs.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even making a doctor's appointment and driving a fellow guest there. The play room was perfect for keeping the children entertained. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the shops and slopes. I highly recommend this hotel for a picture-perfect holiday in the Alps.

You can easily explore the area on foot, as it is located very near to the train station and center. the rooms are cozy and come with all necessary facilities. the staff is courteous and helpful. Guests can indulge themselves in a delicious breakfast spread.
The cleanliness of the bathrooms needs to be improved, as some have creaky or slippery floors that may pose a risk.

The breakfast and dinner were outstanding, with plenty of options and a variety of different themes throughout the week. The location was perfect, just a short distance from both the shops and the slopes. the staff was extremely accommodating and eager to help us throughout our stay.
The parking situation was less than ideal, as there was limited space on the property and we had to use a nearby parking garage. the rooms were on the smaller side and did not offer as much space as we would have liked for a business trip.
